Polly was very well organised, and did a great job negotiating a buyer to offer within our asking range quickly. 10/10

As we were visiting from out of town. Brodie was very helpful, and was great in getting us in to see the residence. Was not pushing us to go with him. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

Nicky & the team are awesome If you need an agent you can’t go past Barker Realestate.. Genuinely impressed with their work.. Give them a call you won’t be disappointed.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Polly was absolutely lovely throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to help us every step of the way, especially as this was our first home purchase. Polly was extremely professional, genuine and always happy to help. We’re incredibly grateful for all her help and support throughout the process and we highly recommend her

From our first meeting through to the Sale Polly was a delight to work with. Exceptional knowledge of the market but importantly delivered with a warm and friendly demeanour. Polly genuinely cared about our needs and listened to our thoughts throughout the process with thorough feedback provided both verbally and in writing. If you are looking for a professional that makes selling less stressful and more enjoyable, we would highly recommend Polly.

Trusted professional, highly skilled team, always friendly, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable. Nicky and Polly went the extra mile to ensure we had transparency over all enquiries and interest in the sale of our home, allowing us to make an informed decision. Highly recommend

We had such a great experience with Brodie from Barker Real Estate when selling our home.Brodie was always really easy to communicate with and kept us updated throughout the whole process. We really appreciated him letting us know about everyone who came through the open inspections and keeping us informed about the feedback from potential buyers. He was always honest and gave us great advice about what he thought would work best when selling our home. At the same time, he always respected our opinions and decisions and never made us feel pressured into doing something we weren’t comfortable with.We also really appreciated that he didn’t hassle us after our initial appraisal. He was very genuine and honest from the beginning, and when we were ready to sell, he was there to help us every step of the way.We were really happy with the result we got at the end of the campaign and would definitely recommend Brodie to anyone looking at selling their home. Thanks so much, Brodie, for making what can be a stressful process so much easier!

Nicky responded to our changing requirements throughout the sale admirably. A well done job with minimal requirements on our part.

Polly helped us buy our new home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From our first meeting, she was warm, caring, and completely professional. No question was ever too small — she patiently answered everything and made sure we understood every step. What stood out most was how genuinely invested she was in helping us get the house we loved. We honestly couldn’t have done it without her, and we’d recommend her to anyone buying a home. Thank you, Polly!
