Nicky has come from an extremely successful background having been in the Real Estate Industry since 2008. Before opening her own business, Nicky worked for various leading Real Estate Brands. She consistently maintained a position amongst the top performing agents and is widely respected within the industry.

Garry, better known as Gus to most locals, has lived in Gawler his entire life. He grew up on the family dairy farm at Buchfelde on the outskirts of Gawler near the Gawler Harness Racing Club.
Garry and his wife Nicky recently purchased the building at 1 Bridge Street North, now the home to Barker Real Estate. The old character stone building has been extensively renovated but still has some of the original stonework from the old Gawler town plus a new extension. The building is a lot like our Barker Real Estate team with some old stages and some new young guns.
Garry worked in the Telecommunications Civil Construction Industry as a Project Manager for the past thirty-eight years across all states of Australia. He is thrilled to be joining the family Real Estate company and is enjoying working back in the Gawler area fulltime after having spent many years working interstate.
Garry has had a large involvement in the local sporting community both as a player, coach, supporter and administrator. He likes the local rivalry that he believes is the fabric of the Gawler Community.
He enjoys watching a local football match between two of the Gawler Clubs, and catching up with old team mates, friends, and opponents as this is very much what the Gawler Community is all about.

Brodie Barker is an experienced Real Estate agent having worked in the industry since 2014, Brodie has a sound background spanning from Property Management, Land Sales and Residential Sales. Brodie is the son of Nicky and Garry, the business owners of Barker Real Estate. He has been with the business since its start up in November 2016.

Having previously worked in the Sales Department in Springwood, Gawler East, Julie is excited to be stepping back into the Real Estate Industry in 2019 as our Receptionist and Administration support.

Lucy has been a friend of the family since a young age and has also grown up in the local town of Gawler her whole life.
Lucy started with us after coming from a range of different management positions within Coles and most recently working in employment services.
Lucy is a determined, hard working young lady, who is eager to kickstart her real-estate career. She is currently studying her Certificate in Property Management working alongside Brodie.
JD has come to us after almost 20 years as a travel agent in Gawler and before that a member of the Defence Force.
